Lots of 3cost guys look bad against Lindquist.
Unless you always have conspiracies in play, he is quite bad. Worse yet, MU doesn't have a lot of conspiracies that are good to leave lying around, so its likely even targeted decks won't trigger his condition consistently.
With his ability triggering he is handy, but still not very good.
I think if he were cost 2 he still wouldn't make any of my decks, though he would at least see some play.
