I think this is such a good card, yet it doesn't seem like it, at first. You're guaranteed to be able to get a 1-cost character, and you're about 99% guaranteed to get a 2-cost character. The fact that it's neutral, and it has no restrictions on what kind of character it can get, makes it beautiful.
I'm using it in Syndicate/Cthulhu deck. Lena is in there (arguably the best 1-drop in the game), and Marine Salvager is in there (great guy to send into Flooded Vaults to get Khopesh, both of which I'm using in there too). And although I only have 1 Khopesh in the deck, should I happen to draw both it and Kelly in the opening draw, Kelly makes a surprisingly awesome Khopesh wielder.
Give this card another look - especially in any deck where you have 1-cost and 2-cost guys that are critical to your build. I don't think you'll be disappointed.
