Hastur (TSC)
on your side it can potentialy be usefull. But still
In the Court of the Dragon (TbtA)
is so much better for this.
With current power level its a waste of card unless you can find something that would make it ok.
For example if you have many cheap characters, hastur splash and problems with T struggle you can use it to get T icons and not lose T...
Maybe some scalpels/blood magicans that emove icons for picking the guys who go insane. Idk, some interactions can make bad cards powerfull.
Court of the Dragon is definitely a better card, but it wouldn't have worked with the Cthulhu/Twilight deck I was running.
This seems like a conspiracy that jumps from a 1-star to a 3- or even 4-star in a Serpent deck. I know Carthoris commented that it didn't help his Serpent deck as much as he'd hoped, but I still can't see it not being a boon for such a deck. I'm looking forward to playtesting my version - Serpents along with Amaranth, Tattooed Thug, and Tragic Celebrity to hopefully take full advantage of this conspiracy. It seems like any opponent would be foolish to challenge Serpents at this conspiracy.
