House of Dreams brings and keeps Pyre of the False Gods in play.
Summoning Season to get Val or Laughing Storm if need be.
Liberal event use possible, because of Pyre. Many Recursion events to get card advantage. Deck is possible clunky, as I didn't play in some time.

I think there's something wrong with the deck, because the
Pyre of the False Gods (KotStorm) forces you to put the event on the bottom of the deck, not in the discard pile. Thus you can never get that back. If you have the pyre from the beginning, all the events will go to the bottom of the deck, so it is no point.
Thank you for your comment, Daiku.
Yeah, I never did want to pay that goldcost. I do not want my events to ever hit the dicard pile. The idea I had was to draw through the deck as fast as I can manage to get the events back. There are also some effects in the deck that force me to shuffle, which hopefully gives me a nice eventcard-supply. The gist of it is: I want to have "infinite" recursion-events to always get my characters back into the game.
Two problems with this strategy. One is that as Baratheon keeping consistent draw to get back to the bottom is going to be tough (Much & More would help this issue a little bit as it forces a shuffle, getting those events possibly back to top). The second problem is that it's putting all your recursion eggs in one basket. I run a Baratheon event recursion theme in one deck, that tries to make use of Event-Bob as much as Pyre. Baratheon has some great events, it's worth the 2 gold to be able to pick and choose which ones you get back. And Event-Bob lets you do it for free. You're not so much getting recursion this way as putting them in a spot you won't be able to get them back easily.
My recommendation, especially with See Who Is Stronger and Confession in there, is to run KotHH instead with 2x Event-Bob and 2x Pyres. Sure, no setup is a pain, but when you can play Viper's Bannerman for 3 influence multiple times a turn, it's worth it. This was my version, and while it suffers from the same problems as every other deck in Joust, it does very well in melee, despite everyone turning on you the moment you use TVB's ability 4 times in one round.

Edit: This deck has not been revised since the latest packs and FAQ and would now use Mel's Schemes in place of Retalliation. And Price of War has been replaced with Glamor of Fire.
