See who is Stronger and Glamor of Fire can be used to bring him back and Glamor of Fire can be also used to kill him off (f.e. after you trigger Watchfull Servant or House Dayne Skirmisher). Robert Baratheon lets you recycle most of your events. I am pretty sure you could build similar deck (Quentyn+Glamor+See who is Stronger) without the treaty agenda, that would be actually better. However I think it would be less fun without Skirmishers and Servants. There are two things I am worried about: 1) Summoning Season + Treaty Agenda - am I being too helpfull? I don't think though, that adding more copies of Quentyn and dropping Summoning Season is a good idea... 2) Not sure if I will be able to afford Viper's Bannermen. On the other hand it would be pretty cool to juggle Bannermen and Quentyn with Glamor of Fire  Possible solution - Swap Laughing Storm for Wildling Bard to discard Bannermen from hand and use SwiS to bring them back. Or drop Bannermen  The deck is not yet tested as I need to get 3 copies of See who is Stronger first |

Did you think about adding Asshai Initiate (KotStorm) and then getting Quentyn through Melisandre's Scheme (RotK)?
My bad, Melisandre's Scheme cannot be used to get OOH...
