It started off as a knight deck, but since the A Song of the Sea block I noticed an even better way to rush power. The lack of Agenda means I can use the Blackcrown Knights to their fullest potential and grab at least 2 power per challenge with each of them, while I can use Dale Seaworth to cycle Seat of Power and Shores of the Blackwater from my discard pile whenever I need them. Huntress gives Captain/lord characters Renown + melee, while King Robert's Hammer and Fury keep them standing. Most of the naval enhancement characters make full use of Oakenshield Port in order to get 2 more power for a successful challenge, no matter the color and Black Bertha is a nice bonus, giving me duplicates.

Constructive criticism is welcomed, as I'm always tuning my decks and hoping for the best. As far as a casual deck to play with my friends, I like it so far.

I would say you have way to many limited locations, this will hit your setup hard. Also do you really need that many copies of your locations. I would reduce the amount of locations and increase cheap characters for better setup. Also why do u have 2 different Shallador? Also if you are doing a rush deck you should imo include 1-2 of these cards
Stannis Baratheon (VM)
Robert Baratheon (Core)
Melisandre (RotO)

Regarding plots running summoning season is very dangerous and I usually never run that plot outside of Melee. Also your theme is around vigilant I would try winning initaive and go first each time. you know vigilant only works on attack right? Also I don't see how fortified position helps you here either. Just my 2 cents =D

I run a baratheon rush deck that tends to win a majority of the time when i play with my friends. I find that the best thing to do is win unopposed and win as many as possible.... so i play with
Stannis Baratheon (Core)
Ser Eldon Estermont (MotM)
Banner for the Storm (CtB)
Melisandre (RotO)
Robert Baratheon (KotStorm)
Make an Example (PotS)

get those unopposed with stannis and estermont reap the benefits with melisandre, play extra power with robert, continuously stand them with banner for the storm and gain that extra power with make an example

also with the decent cost reducers run the agenda with
Shireen Baratheon (VD)
and get your extra power for renown
I've only played a little with the new Randyll Tarly, but so far, his effect has been bonkers! If you're playing him, some additional Tyrell cards are going to go a long way. At least include Willas for some shennanigans against Lanni/Martell, and it seems foolish to not have a Knight of Flowers somewhere in there.

I've built a Smuggler/Tyrell deck and run the Refugees as restricted alongside Ser Davos Seaworth (TGF) - vigilant little no-cost Tyrells who work in two challenges and then tend to stick around as you're winning dominance with your knelt sumgglers.

Providing you can stand Randyll Tarly again and get two challenges in with him then yep, the Knight of Flowers (TftH) and Blackcrown Knights (AToTT) are excellent.
The plots need addressing, I would add art of seduction to hold of valar a turn, not sure what purpose regroup is in there for, as someone mentioned summoning season is always risky and fortified looks counter intuitive in this deck

Too many locations by about 9, not enough characters (you have about the average of a Kotth jumper deck) which isn't good when a majority are either unique or costly (4 or higher) meaning set ups and post valar recovery will be poor and if you don't hit those dupes claim soak will be sparse. Since you don't have a restricted refugees would work and help boost intrigue count

6 cards that require 2 influence and you 4 influence in the deck total?

It looks like you have no card advantage engine and your playing characters that make you discard cards as a cost which means resets will end your game about plot 2-3

To get the most out of Randyl I would definitely look to drop some of the locations that have been mentioned and splash in some more house Tyrell characters.
I use a pwer struggle theme to mesh this two themes (tyrell and smmuglers)....while giving som draw (renly) and some much needed burst with the +4 gold event. Also you can use the att that gives power to those mil-intrigue characters. Also one plot that you should cpnsider is the one that can give a trait. (either smmuggler or tyrell)

Pretty much exactly what I do. Use The Art of Diplomacy to give power icons to Davos & Salladhor (and The Stormlands to ensure the Power Struggle trait and therefore Starve for Your King works every time). Then keep The Songs of Bael the Bard to give Randyll Tarly the Tyrell trait.

The deck can be a bit inconsistent (never too sure if its a Tyrell or a Smuggler deck) but is really effective a lot of the time. May post a decklist tomorrow.

Great minds think alike ;)

Though there are so many good power struggle plots that i don't really need or want the stormlands....if i don't have anymore pstruggle plots in the plot deck i'll probably use starve to fuel the big armies or fury
