The plan here is to attempt to stop the opponent from ever having enough gold to play any strong characters, steal and destroy their locations, and get rid of potential threats in their hand/deck.

I'd advise seeing how your opponent lays their setup - if they play a lot of characters, an early Valar, followed by Blockade, Blockade and then a Rule by Decree will surely annoy.

As soon as they have over three locations, Fleeing to the Wall should be an obvious choice, and Rains of Autumn if they happen to have a location-rich layout. Use Theon's power to make them kneel a powerful location after you've played Snowed Under for maximum effect.

As usual, I'd be grateful for any and all feedback. I deliberatly tried to make a deck that I myself would HATE to play against, in an attempt to get a better grip on new playing styles. Thanks in advance.

if i'm not mistaken, aren't you allowed only 1 blockade and not 2?

I'm not sure - I didn't think that was the case, as Valar specifically states "Limit 1 per plot deck" while blockage doesn't - which I interpreted as meaning Valar is a special case... I could very well be wrong, though.

Also, I might remove Fleeing to the Wall from the plot deck as, if this deck is doing as it should, your opponent shouldn't have more than three working locations at any one time. Instead, Dry Season (with the added bonus of being 2 claim) might work well.

*Blockade. Not blockage. Fail.
From what i understand from seeing it somewhere in the rules, you can only have 1 plot card (7 total different plots) unless otherwise says you can use more than 1
