Looks like you have some interesting ideas in there. One thing I quite like is some of those trait-hate and location-hate characters you've splashed out of house. Since you're running so many of them, you might try the Alliance plot to help you get them into play (it's in the Martell deluxe box, Princes of the Sun). I'd also discourage you from running Summoning Season in Joust games. Naval Reinforcements really should be enough for you to get a key character.
My other thought is that it looks quite expensive. Keep an eye on that during testing and see if you might need to add a bit of draw, income, or (more likely) just cut down towards 60 cards and shave the top end of your curve a bit.
My last thought is that Asha Greyjoy from WLL is a must. She is so awesome.
