Looks like a solid deck to me.

House of Dreams is for Longship Iron Victory? What decks did you face and which matchups or cards caused problems?

Why is winning initiative so important that you run Ahead of the Tide? It seems like you would want to go second so you can use the gold stolen with Ice Fishermen.

By going first you have the first action during your opponents Marshelling. This basically makes it where your opponent can't have 4 gold and just play a 4 gold character. Essentially, they get 4 gold, you get the first action, you take 1 gold from them with ice fishermen. Now you have dictated to them that they are only able to use 3 out of that 4 gold they just got. This is one reason for going first.

sorry, there was no house of dreams in this deck. after some testing with it, i figured 5 gold setup worked much better, but forgot to remove it from here if you get ahead of a tide in your starting hand and any combination of spar/fisherman/pillaged, you just start with raven plot and go first. after you are done with marshaling, opponent starts his first turn with 2 or 3 gold less. if you get a bird in your starting hand, taken by surprise is usually the way to go.

64 cards seems like a lot? Obviously it didn't affect your wins, but are you able to tone it down to 62 and have it still be as effective? Great build btw! I usually go Raider Choke.

i always like playing 63-64 cards. although 1 tarly could easily go, 1 seasick or paper shield, maybe nighttime raid, to leave only marauders to take care of attachments.. if even 60 would be the goal, could prolly remove 1x newly made lord or 1x summer sea, or even bay of ice.
