The idea is to get three cards out to help strengthen the choke. The White Raven, The Sparr, and at least 1 Burned and Pillaged. I usually get one of them in the opening hand or right after setup. What I do not draw, I'll use one of the plot cards to seek for either White Raven, The Sparr, or Burned and Pillaged in that order. Then the 2nd plot card is used to seek the other one. The Sparr or Burned and Pillaged (I always go for the White Raven first if it was not in the opening hand.)

Any help on this deck is appreciated.

Couple things.
The key to choke is to be able to choke your opponent and yet find a way to minimize the effects of choke on yourself.

Cragorn is not efficient enough to be in a choke deck. You pay 2 gold to steal 1 gold from your opponent. That lets your opponent choke you. No Beuno!

Running search plots that give your opponent the opportunity to search out something to counter you is counter productive. Once your opponent knows your trying to choke them, they will then be able to search out the best possible ways to counter that choke. Choke is fragile. In my opinion this is counter productive.

Iron cliffs, 1 gold for 2 saves. At first glance this is beautiful. Except once these saves are used up they are gone. leaving you a location sitting there doing nothing for you. I would drop the 3 copies of this and put in 3 copies of Iron Lore. This lets you recycle the Iron Mines for free, as well as Sunset Seas. Both cheap locations for a Choke deck to afford.

How do you plan to power grab? Choke slows your opponent quite a bit. But if you do not have a way to get to 15 power quickly then your own valar is going to kill you. You will have you choke set in doing its damage but wont be able to close the game out. Then you valar, either burning all your saves to keep it locked in or if you do not have your saves out it will wipe your choke.

I have played choke a lot. In my experience I have found it to be extremely fragile. It is meant to slow your opponent long enough for you get to 15 power. Greyjoy has great ways to rush to the win. Rise of the Kraken might very well be the best plot in the game. By itself if used at the right time, can gain you 8 power. At first glance the low gold of this plot doesnt seem to mesh well with a choke deck but I find it to work insanely well.
