Likewise, Greyjoy Holy is a well established and wonderful deck, but it tends to be one with 2 x Power of Faith and 3 x Aeron Damphair (KoTS), and is quite tightly focused around that. Holy as a subtheme doesn't tend to be worth it.
Refurbished Hulk needs to be providing its discount usefully every turn to be worth including.
Overall, when I build my Greyjoy decks at the moment I try and think: what happens if I match up with Baratheon Rush, with a control-based River deck, a Targaryen burn deck, and so on. In the above deck, I suspect what happens with this deck is it would lose!
Greyjoy Choke isn't at all bad right now, and you have the right Theon, plus a nice mix of wintertime cards. I find Burned and Pillaged is almost always worthwhile and often use Wintertime Armada as well. Song of Ice and Kings of Winter are equally good in different ways, but right now I'd be more inclined to use Song of Ice, to catch out the occasional Kings of Summer deck (newly unrestricted) and to cause pain for the high-drawing decks of the day (anything with rivers, anything Lannister, Bloodthirst, and so on)
As a Greyjoy rule of thumb, for most (but not all) Greyjoy decks, a great place to start is 3 x Island Refugees, 3 x Distinguished Boatswain, 2 x Longship Iron Victory.
