With so few low cost characters and 18 cards you can't play in setup, I think your economy might be a little light honestly. After you play a few games, some things to consider would be finding ways to include neutral reducers such as Shadowblack Lane (Core) over some of your limited locations, or characters like Cersei's Attendant (Core) to have some more military claim soak and control effects.

I would drop the Hall of Heroes - Whilst you are going for rush, you won't be able to use it to help with your locations and attachments. Add in more low cost characters, to lower your character curve. Perhaps Lannisport Weaponsmith (Core) as it gives you some cheap Military and gives added gold?

With only 3 Intrigue Gambit plots, and Castellan competing for the Limited Response, I would be tempted to drop Fights No Sword Can Win. I would use it with 4-6 Intrigue Gambit plots, so I don't risk the card clogging my hand.

With the amount of uniques you have, what about Street of Silk (LotR)?

How would you feel about switching a copy of Tywin for Littlefinger (SaS)? He is still a Noble, still a Lord, but makes up for the loss of Military with Stealth and not kneeling to attack, which on Breaking of Oaths turns could turn him into a beast!
