I think I'd get rid of Blockade and Mutual Blackmail. This deck has a lot of big money effects like Tywin and the Poachers, so I would consider
Hear Me Roar (Core). Also I think a deck like this really needs Valar Morgulis. You're able to recover a lot better then many decks due to the gold output, which will help you use it offensively.
I use Blockade because it hurt so much to my opponents than me (i play melee) and Mutual Blackmail just because of the Claim. I like the idea about run Valar, in which moment exactly it should be played?.
About Hear me Roar, in that case i prefer run The Power of Blood (Core), it gives me 1 less of gold but a powerful effect for Cersei or Tywin. Please tell me what do you think.
I think you're right about the Accesories and Events, i will remove some of thoses.

When you're trying to play a Valar look at what you'll lose as opposed to what your opponents will lose, think about how your resources (gold, reducers, cards in hand) stack up vs. your opponents to determine who can rebuild their characters better.
