Hi Lauren,
I'm working on a No Agenda Lanni kneel deck myself. I LOVE city plots, but in hyper-kneel they seem less than optimal due to low initiative. How much of a drawback did you find the low-initiative plots in your plot deck?
Hey, I just saw your question! I don't remember the initiative being too much of a problem. I usually wanted to go second, and depending on the opponent sometimes they wanted to go first so it worked out. Cersei's Scheme, On My Oath, City of Lies, and A City Beseiged have decent initiative, so if I needed to win it, I usually could.
I just finished putting together a non-shadows version with Castellan as restricted instead of Ser Preston. City of Lies becomes King's Landing Coup and On My Oath becomes Summoned By the Conclave. I like playing that one first if I don't have Castellan to set up.
