No agenda? With the Greyjoy cards, I expected Alliance (QoD) or Treaty with the Isles (CoS), especially without the Alliance plot.
Mance Raider included due to the new Kingdom locations that are turning up at least once in many decks now? When he was combined with cards such as Copper Link (GotC) to steal their locations, I could see why he was included. As a guess, for being a tricon, with strength equal to cost? Are you not concerned about him and Tommen being out?
No Newly Made Lord (TftH) in a location control deck?
Does seem strange seeing all these Lannister winter decks - I feel like if I try and make one, I will be late to the party and copying one or more to some effect. I must admit, adding Greyjoy to it was not something that came to mind.
