This is done with cards like Bronn, A Lannister Pays His Debts and Terminal Schemes to say that if you attack Lannister, it will not be for free. It also plays numerous plots for the sake of handling Military Challenges and a couple of Power of Blood to try and bait out some resets. The power will mostly be gained from Cersei and Tywin after you have managed to get a good position on the table with mutiple claim fodder protecting them. |
