I love the idea, but worry that it might prove to be too expensive to all come together. I would remove one or two of the armies that you have 3 copies of, starting with the fleet that could misfire quite badly. In their place consider Free Man, who works well with your war crest theme and is only one gold. Alternatively, a prolific statesmen might be a good shout. Pantos is also a good choice for a location and could fit in where some of your three cost locations are currently hogging space.

Let me know how you get on using this deck though. I have always liked Marbrands ability but have never built a deck around it myself.
I've built and been trying out a Lannister army deck using Marbrand, so it is interesting to see a different version of it.

Have you had much luck with Double Bluff? I ask because that and Gregor Clegane are your only use for influence. And otherwise Fiefdoms could be switched out for other cards, such as Ocean Road (WLL) or one of the Streets? You have less limited conflict, save you money, and are just as likely to get the cost reduction.

As you are using Cache as your restricted, is there a reason you don't have a King or Queen to help increase your draw? A single Tommen means between him and a single Cache you can hit your draw cap every turn.

It does seem like it is more focused towards having War crests than armies however. If you did make room for Tommen, and perhaps Cersei and/or Margaery, then what about King Joffrey's Guard (TWot5K)? Drop them in, kneel the opposing characters that may cause trouble during the challenge, and then push your challenges through.
I'd Like the Marbrand Idea, maybe Ill replace 1x King's Pavillion (KotStorm) and 1 x High Ground (QoD) for other chars, maybe 2 x Lion Herald (SB) to get Marbrand faster.
Good Work though. And 2 x Tommen Baratheon (SA) is a must higher draw is a huge advantadge.
Well, in a few packs time the plot that lets you search for a character if you haven't got an agenda could be an option to get Marbrand quicker.
Lost you there, theres a plot coming out, with a one sided charater serach ?
