This deck is illegal. Your missing plot cards.
If you're intending to be so strong with Intrigue, then why not use PbtT agenda?

From the look of the cards you have listed, I will limit my suggestions to the core and LOTR boxes.

Switch core Cersei for LOTR version, as the not kneeling and gaining a power when you win Intrigue makes a massive difference, or for only 1g more.

Drop down to 1 Brothel - It's unique, and whilst helpful, not critical enough to any Lannister deck to make it x3. That space can be made for cards such as Iron Throne, and reducers such as Shadowblack Lane.
On a similar note, Crossroads are terrible!! The influence is useless, and takes too long to become profitable. If you want extra gold (and what Lannister doesn't), then cards such as your +1g and even +2 characters will do more for you, as they will make their money back, whilst also giving you extra strength for dominance and challenge support by attacking/defending. Or if you didn't want characters, then Increased Levy is like having a non-limited Goldroad, so having it in your opening hand with any location gives you a bigger start.

Going for x3 of your unique cards is unwise. Whilst it does mean you are more likely to see them, if it is a character and they have died, it becomes useless in your hand. And if they aren't dead, whilst it gives you a duplicate, it doesn't help your board presence, as you can only attack/defend so many challenges, and more bodies on the table will help.

With 14 events and non-setup attachments, plus cards you don't want to play such as Enemy Informer, and then lots of expensive cards, your setup might be weak. Splurging out lots of cheap characters and locations means you improve you chances of seeing a card, and gives a much stronger start.
