littlefinger without shadows reduction is really bad.a 5 cost ally takes all your gold for a turn for little to no avail.
tywin is too expensive too and you will probably never use his ability.so...
-2x littlefinger,-2x tywin +3 lanni moneylender +1 tommen.
i would cut some events to achieve better setups and better economy.
-1x terminal schemes,-2x pays his debts,-1x house divided +1 misinformation (duh) +3 kingsroad (winter ones obviously).
*the kill i took out can be conpensated with frey hospitality in the plot deck instead of power of blood since its only for cersei.
lastly about locations : 6 limited is too much so -2 treasury +2 pentoshi manor.
some other choices could be sam or cersei's attendant porbably in hirelings' place,or a 3rd pentoshi/2nd iron throne for the 3rd white raven.hope these help a bit.cool deck idea!
