I think the deck looks nice, though Char heavy. You should try to drop a few cards either from char or location and add in some Flogged and Chained in. This would add in some kneel for the negatives of your agenda.

A question I did have was why the city of lies plot? You only have 2 shadows characters, and 1 shadows location that would benefit from this plot, I don't understand why you choose it over a different city plot. Also, I don't see a restricted card in there, you might think about making room for a "Pyromancers cache".

thanks for your feedback. Also, I hope you don't mind but I love this build so I might be taking it and tweaking it a bit more to fit my playstyle. I've been looking for someone to make a fantastic Kingsguard deck and you've done it.
