Pentoshi Manor should be at 3x in every Lannister deck.
Grand Maester Pycelle's response conflicts with To Be a Lion.

Unconventional warfare is a bad plot though, I wouldn't run it. (It doesn't combo with fights no sword can win or to be a lion either.)
You have 2 shadows cards in the whole deck, without far more alchemist guildhall (your shadows card) isn't worth it. Also, its limited response conflicts with Castellan of the Rock's limited response. Also, you're low on draw. I'd try and work some more in.
