So, what are you trying to do with KOTHH that something else doesn't give you? From what i'm seeing, i don't see why your playing KOTHH. Now, i'm a big advocate of Lanni KOTHH but it seems like the deck you have listed here would benefit more from having a setup. One of the biggest reasons to run KOTHH is for the ability to run a lot of events because you don't have a setup. You seem to have missed this part of KOTHH.

You can easily cut the characters to the essential (something like 25 or even less) and go up to even 20 events

I'm not sure i would go that high. XD I've found that Lanni KOTHH isn't like Martell KOTHH. It doesn't like 20 events but it does like its events. I play 19 events at the Missouri Regional and i still felt way to flooded by events throughout the tournament. After the tournament i went down to 17 events and was still having the same problem. Not to the same degree but still having it none the less. I've sense gone down to 15 events and i feel pretty good there.

BNXW: Loras is right. You don't need nearly as many characters in a KOTHH deck as you do a normal deck. My current build of Lanni KOTHH plays 26.
