With 16 events, 4 non-setup attachments, and then characters such as Enemy Informer who you wouldn't want in setup, or expensive characters such as Tywin, you risk having a low amount of cards for setup.
You have called it a money control deck - Is the money to help afford to play out your hand, with Pyromancer's Cache to keep your hand well stocked? As for the control element, I take it you are doing it with kneel, a classic and well established version of control for Lannister (and my favourite form).
I would alter the quantity on your characters, you card pool depending upon changes obviously. Unless the character is critical to the deck, you only really need one copy of them. Whilst it reduces the chances of you drawing them, it also means you can see a wider variety of chaaracters to help you attack and defend your challenges. It also means if said character has already died, all other versions of them are not wasted.
Volantis Inn combines really well with the Brothel Guard you have added, as it guarantees you a way to make one of them kneel, which doesn't always happen, especially when you have played Game of Thrones.
Gilly gives you a cheap Intrigue character, so helps for setup, and if you do need to kill her off, you didn't really lose anything.
On a similar note, Craster gives you a massive boost towards winning Intrigue, with his cost to strength ratio being fantastic. The chances of you losing with him to give them cards is low, as losing means they are getting rewarded from your agenda anyway.
With only two Intrigue Gambit plots, depending on what you pick as an opening plot, it means you might have to wait until turn 3 or later before you can play To Be a Lion, making it a dead card in your hand which you will wish to be something more useful at the time.
Hope this gives you some food for thought
