1) Your setup isn't as strong as it could be, thanks to 16 cards you can't play on setup and a high proportion of high cost characters, as well as a lot of duplicates on uniques.
2) Casterley rock only works on unique characters, and you're unlikely to have more than 1 or 2 of those in play at any given time. May be a better choice here.
3) Cersei is good, but not 3-copies good for this deck. Myrcella is more forgiveable, as long as you keep discarding her and don't give her a chance to be killed. As a rule of thumb, don't duplicate uniques unless they're integral to your deck function, or you have multiple means to keep them alive (though Power of Blood helps a little here, its not enough on its own, and its probably only worth running in a deck that only uses noble crested characters).
4) Your restricted choice is a good card, but its a better card in hyperkneel decks. There may be a better choice here again.
Not sure how limited your card pool is, but I'd look to include around 35-40 characters, have plenty of cheap intrigue characters in that set, and a little bit of presence on the other two icons. PbTT relies on you always having enough characters to make 2 intrigue challenges AND still defend intrigue, otherwise its an agenda that helps your opponent.
In terms of locations and characters, trimming gold costs and increasing set up will let you include more defensive measures (like 3 x Pentoshi Manor).
Card draw is key as well, so I'd replace the Castellans restricted choice with 3 x Pyromancers Cache.
All in all, I'd be inclined to try to improve your set-ups, play with greater focus and to either wind back supportive elements (like the light kneeling and nobles theme) in favour of card draw, or to up one of those elements massively to benefit more from the focus.
