This is a control deck. Basic idea is to take control of the board while at the same time you do a heavy discard attack. Due to tunnels, your characters have high str, but if something goes wrong, misinformation will save the day. In addition, Cersei, along with the Alchemist guild hall will do all the kneeling effects. At last, double bluff is a killer card, especially when it is compined with a 2 claim plot. Summarizing, this deck has:
1. Discard attacks
2. Card draw
3. Character kills
4. Kneel effects.
I encourage you to try it out and discuss the results!

Unique, in-House, non limited location????
Title points to Tunnels of the Red Keep (CoS), so I guess he just forgot to actually include them in the deck list. Which makes it 63 card deck.

I think I would cut down on some events, at least one Misinformation, maybe a copy of Hand's Judgement or Double Bluff. And I would definitely try to make space for 2 more copies of Alchemist's Guild Hall (I know it's errated to limited response, but still). Other than that, maybe swap Doubting Septas for Lannisport Councilor (RotO) to increase POW icon count.

More city plots would be great for your deck (Besieged, Soldiers, Sin), but I am sick of those already, so I will just stop here :P
You need more shadows cards really. Me and ShadowcatX2000 played this deck a lot last FAQ and we found that you need about 18 shadows cards in the deck to make it work effectively. We would have to remake the deck because we were playing 6 refugees in the deck but if we were to, i believe it would look something like this.

City Of Lies
City Of Sin
City Of Soldiers
A City Besieged
City Of Spiders

3 Little Bird
1 Tommen Baratheon
3 Shadow Cat
3 Silent Sister
1 Syrio
1 Varys
1 Qyburn
2 Summer Sea Corsair
3 Arbor Guardsman
3 Enemy Informer
1 Cersei Lannister ((Shadows))
3 Tyrion Lannister ((Shadows))
1 Little Finger

Locations 15
3 The Gold Road
3 Twilight Market
3 Golden Tooth Mines

I just made some slightly modifications. The deck after playtesting runs very very good. The number of shadowcards isok. No need for more. You got to understand the general idea of the deck. It is not a city-based deck. It is a control deck. Most of the job is done by the characters in play (played from the hand) who are strongly buffed by tunnels all the time. Cannot be burned easy and hard to oppose....

So you are trying to say, that city plots are not a good fit for a control deck?

I got to agree with theCrow here. The City plots are some of the most controlling plots in the game right now. Let alone, City Plots + Cersei's Schemes is a absolute killer plot deck combo.

I also feel pretty insulted that your suggesting that i don't understand how a Tunnels deck works when i played it pretty extensively during the previous FAQ. I did a lot of playing with the deck i found that having 12 shadows cards just doesn't cut it. There is going to be times when your clambering for some shadows cards and you just can't get them. Sure, it might not happen all the time but it is going to happen and its better to help minimize this by adding in more shadows cards.

Sure, its a control deck, i understand that. Control is the type of deck i play the most. However, what are cards like Balon Swann, Asha, and Jacelyn really offering you? Sure Jacelyn discards a card from your opponents hand after he dies but without a way to abuse him, there are better options. Asha gives you some power grabbing ability but thats against your theme as your trying to control the game right? This is your own statement after all. Balon Swann doesn't control anything. Sure, he lets you defend a challenge when he is knelt but you could just as easily add in more shadows cards so that you only have to attack with one character to push a challenge through and then you have characters to defend with after that.

You really shouldn't need Misinformation to be honest. That could be replaced with a event that actually controls the game. Put a kneeling event in. After all, when you have a 6 str intrigue character standing, do you really need Misinformation? Not really, you can just defend the challenge and win it. There is just some redundant stuff in your deck you could cut to make room for things that could help out more. Some cards you just don't need because of the nature of Tunnels.

To be honest, i didn't notice this until just now but i'd cut some of the events anyways. You have 16 cards that aren't good on setup. You may not be seeing it right now, but its going to give you some bad setups with that many cards that aren't good on setup. Try to get it down to about 12. You should be able to average a 4 card setup if you do that.

Of course, you know, if you don't want to take help from anyone....Why would you post a deck online in the first place?

Every help is welcomed. I am not saying that this is the perfect deck. What i really wanted to do here, is a version of a control deck that it is not city based. Sure the cities are nice plots. But I am using the tunnels deck to buff the excisting characters that are in play. Balon swann is an intrigue attacker who counts str in defense thought he is already kneeling. An average of 5 in defense in attack is pretty nice. Asha is a 3+ str military, intrigue icon that (most of the times) does not kneel to attack.Jacelyn is immune to character abilities. He cannot be targeted by a lot of nasty abilities. -str, kill, kneel you name it. Asha + Jamie = 2 characters who do not kneel to attack, 3+ str most of the times. Misinformation+Fray's hospitality= instant kill without even having presence. Cersei + Misinformation = instant kneel without even having to be more powerfull when you count str. Also, there are some moments when you really need to win the intrigue. Times when you have a plot with 2 claim. Even with a 1-2 str character. 1 st round. You really need the fast discard. Septa attacks, 2 claim, misinformation, end of story.

I angry with you that it might need some more shadow cards. That is why i am trying to improve it. The most important thing is that i am not trying to clone a deck from someone else. My main idea, the power of this deck, are the characters that I play from my hand +the powerfull events to support. Tunnels are there to constantly buff..
Here is the thing about misinformation. Sure, it works with Frey Hospitality, i'll give you that. However, the same thing could be said about just adding more shadows cards into the deck so that you can defend a intrigue challenge and not have to have it in your hand to get Frey Hospitality to work. To be honest, this way of thing is much more consistent then your misinformation idea. I admit its a good idea and for a deck that isn't Tunnels, this idea would probably be really good. However, Tunnels you can get the same effect because of the str buff. By adding in more shadows you can hit what your wanting do with Frey Hospitality a lot easier. With Misinformation you have to draw it before you flip the plot. With Frey Hospitality you just have to have 3 or 4 cards in shadows and 1 or 2 intrigue weenies to defend a challenge and trigger it.

As far as Cersei goes. Either way you have to have her in a challenge to get her effect to work. I'd rather add more shadows to get her effect to trigger more often and also be able to kneel more characters with her.

Oh, something else that slipped my mind. Kingdom Of Shadows should probably be in here. Allows you to use Tyrion in multiple challenges.

Silent Sisters is really something you should consider. It is great against burn if they don't have Jorah. It can easily be a 11 str character against burn.

Kingdom of shadows is very very nice. I will add it asap. Silent sisters are also nice. Oh so many nice cards, so many little space :)
