From your deck, I'm going to assume you have one copy of the core and the LOTR box. (Every core card bar Insidious Ways is x1.)
For plots, I recommend some form of reset. As you aren't going for a deck focused solely on kneeling, I would recommend Valar Morghulis. If your opponent rushes out characters faster than you can deal with, or plays powerful characters you can't deal with, killing everyone on the board is sometimes the best thing you can do. Edict of the Rock would be the plot I would switch for it, as you may not win dominance, or have enough ways to deal with your own characters not standing.
5 non-setup attachments and 13 events means that almost a third of your deck you can't do anything with in setup. And then with 12 cards costing 4+, you risk having a weak setup, that will hurt you as the game goes on.
As you have several cards that involve you having gold, most of which more than your opponent, you may wish to take out all your reducers for more gold producing characters and locations.
Out of curiosity, what was the strategy you had in mind when building the deck? As often that can help with suggestions.
Right now I pretty much only have 1 core and LOTR to work with.
In terms of strategy, I didn't love the two pre-made decks that LOTR suggested so I tried to bridge the gap a bit. But as you can see I'm not entirely sure as to the best options.
The problem is, if you try to do a bit of everything, you end up not being great at anything.
Going for the agenda, I would look at going for an aggressive deck, keeping your opponent under pressure. Eventually they will end up with no hand, relying solely on what they can draw from their deck each turn.
Be careful of focusing on characters with only an Intrigue icon, as whilst it gives you focus on your agenda, it means you won't be able to do much attacking or defending on the remaining challenges, reducing your characters and power, without doing the same back.
