I concur with Reager that 4 gold for the Hunting Spears is not worthwhile - What about going for a combination of Stealth and/or Joust instead? That way you can avoid the bigger characters, and they can only oppose with one smaller character. Gutter Rat's Cunning (Core) and Tourney Lance (TftH) would be a cheaper alternative, and the lance replaces itself with the card draw of playing it.
I must ask, why no Muster (Core) to help look for key characters? Especially as you are using the LotR version of Jaime, and won't always have an Oath of Fealty in hand to get extra gold.
As the only Maester in your deck is Grand Master Pycelle, and he isn't critical to the deck, I have to wonder why use At the Gates?
Do you have access to Lannisport Tourney Grounds (ODG)? As it will serve you well to have a re-useable kneeling effect that works on people with attachments.
Anyways, I can concede the point on hunting spear. I however would only have access to Gutter Rat's Cunning, mainly due to the fact that I don't have access to much of the 2 most recent cycles. The cards I do get from the new cycles mainly are pick and choose via trade from some friends of mine, so it's pretty much threadbare on that situation.
I can work in 2 copies maybe three, if I can trade for another, of muster, I can see the uses of it. While Grand Maester Pycelle is the only Maester in the deck, he can help my early game drastically, mainly since in my current meta I have friends that consistently use search and reveal effects, it can come in handy.
As I earlier mentioned I can try to trade for 1 or 2 Lannisport tourney grounds, but I'm not holding too much stock in that at the moment. I would be willing to discuss other options if you're willing to do so.
I might also like to add in that if you view any of my other decks, that some of the choices might not make any sense, but I see myself more as a "shagga" player than anything, I've created quite a few abomination decks that might not seem to work, but have done extremely well after playing several matches. As with any of my decks comments are encouraged even if I didn't state it at the time.
