Considering Rich Lands and a Keep (LotR) just for the "Neva die, kill everyone" part of the deck.

Personally I think you have too high of a gold curve. Your setups are going to be tough. High cost characters and alot of your locations have a cost as well. Plus the cost for Shadows cards. I would try to rework you locations into being free play reducers. Street of steel, Street fo silk, Flea Bottom, Street of Sisters. Stuff like that.

As far as cards to cut? Id cut 2 x Littlefinger, 1x Kevan, 2x silent sisters, 2 pinch of powder and Jack of all trades. That takes you down to 62. With reworking your locations a little bit There might be some more fat to trim off once you get those tightened up.

I was given a great piece of advice once. If your going to put a reducer in your deck it should be able to work on at least 25% of the cards in your deck. If it affects less than that then its not reliable enough to include.

You might consider the Power behind the Throne Agenda as well. You have alot of elements in your deck that would feed off it well... Or even replacing your copy of Kevan for the Charagenda version?

I agree about the reducers. Missed them a bit. I will add them up.
I like the LOTR Kevan more (He's cheap, has the Noble crest and I wanted him to get around more), but since it's a kill/kneel deck, not an intrigue one I guess it would be more reasonable to use the other one.

Another great sneaky event is a Lannister pays his debts. I absolutely love that card and try to fit it into as many Lanni decks as I can. Margaery is great too. She can help kneel a character you want knelt. Put Devious intentions on her and now she becomes a total nightmare. Get Rich lands and a Keep on her too and she becomes tough to get rid of with your 2 Power of Blood plots. Its alot to get going, but the devious intentions isnt a must as long as you have some deadly characters floating around to include in her challenges. Bronns hirelings come to mind, Clegane brigands too? (I think thats the 2 cost bicon deadly character). That combo might fit in nicely with your theme as well... I use her in my PBtT deck and my opponents hate her... Nothing like taking their allstar character and including it into a challenge it cant win.
