I recommend The Breaking of Oaths (KotS) to replace one of the copies of Frey Hospitality. If you can get Cersei to pull off three unopposed intrigue challenges and a final unopposed power challenge (at that point she should have deadly + stealth) that could be a swing of 8 power in one turn.
