15 economy locations seems like a lot. Is that to reliably play TVB?

What if you changed your Restricted to something like Burning On the Sand or The Scourge. That could give you room for some Ghaston Bounce too.
I've tried it with Game of Cyvasse and with Burning on the Sands. I find it works much better with TVB. They accellerate draw beyond the cap, and they get me early game challenge wins and sometimes hold the opponent back on one challenge type for fear of giving me even more draw. The excessive production is there because at optimal performance i'm maxing draw every turn and exceeding cap on most. I need to be able to drop characters as fast as I can get them. I'd rather be drawing some extra production than not enough.
As for Ghaston and the Scourge, it's unnecessary. Everything in this deck does one of three things: gains power/wins challenges, draws, or cancels to protect my power-gainers. Character based control just doesn't really add enough to make it worth slotting. Lost Oasis does that fine on it's own, and I've considered taking them out too lately to make room for Red Vengeance.

I'm curious, why The Song of Bael The Bard?
In case I don't get a brotherhood by turn 2. It rarely happens, but I like to be able to acrue some power when it does. If I don't need it, this deck rarely goes 7 rounds so it just sits unused. If I do need it, I'm glad I have it.
