Intended for multi player rather than one on one.

Get stronger through attachments / alchemists shop, get sneaky through characters / lost oasis and get deadly from all over the place. This should make it costly to oppose when I cannot stealth through them and kneel or discard them with the oasis or knife.

Overzealous Scout and Viper's Bannermen might change out for some other stuff but not sure yet.

I haven't actually had chance to run it multi yet but one on one it's been ok. I originally had Blood of the Viper, No Use for Grief and Red Vengeance but the Sand Snake love just wasn't playing out and the whole thing was too prone to getting smashed if it lost key people. I ditched Red Vengeance for the Alchemist Shop.

I have swapped out Regroup for Mutual Cause (Core), reduced Viper's Bannermen and Lost Oasis to 2 and added 2 House Messenger (PotS). Also the Palace Fountains should have been Water Garden (PotS).
Looks real solid, especally with those changes. Have you considered running The Prince That Was Promised (IG) in your plot deck? I realize that you'll likely want to spread your weapon attachments around to give the most bonuses but just doubling up on one character can make them pretty beefy for the turn. Also Ser Arys Oakheart (PotS) might be good to squeeze in, a 3 cost 2icon with renown that has the chance of discarding a character is pretty good.
I had considered The Prince That Was Promised (IG) in place of either Power and Wealth or Mutual Cause but I aren't convinced I'd get as much out of it consistantly as I would either of those. After I've run it a few times in melee I might revise that. I might replace Darkstar with Oakheart. I have ran him before and always had him when I didn't need him or needed him when I didn't have him so he's probably a little under appreciated.
