I would replace Un x3 for some combination of Taste for Blood (PotS) and Oberyn's Guile (MotA) but I know you are just trying to get to use that event. Let me know how it works out for you! Dorea is pretty useless unless you also included Blood of the Viper (OSaS). What about trading her for The Bastard of Godsgrace (EB)?

Personally, I want the Rivers to be playable soooooo badly. Can you explain the reasons why you've included several in the plotdeck?

I haven't seen this deck in action, but I'm going to take a guess at why the River plots are in there. Between Valar Dohaeris and Before the Black Walls your opponent will likely be committing a lot of characters to their challenges. VD makes them want to make sure they are all knelt and B4tBW forces them to use all with a certain icon. Both of which will ensure you can use Viper's Rage to clear all their icons.

Shores of Ny Sar offers card advantage plus a way of re-triggering a river plot.
At the Palace of Sorrow offers a way to bounce a card with negative attachments on it, plus re-triggering a river plot.
