I've been running neutral brotherhood for a while. The following are my observations:

Summoning Season and Building Season are both a must. Yes it sucks giving your opponent resources. You didn't choose this path because you thought it would be easy I would hope. Also, you can't get Maester Lowmys with At the Gates, at the gates requires an in house or neutral maester.

Neutral characters are eating up your draw power, get rid of as many of them as possible. I run 3x Beric, 3x Mad huntsman (Mad Huntsman is so good, you have to run him in trips), 1x Thoros and 1x Tom Sevenstrings and 3x Val. Also, don't run Brotherhood characters just as places to put your power. Singleton brotherhood guys make horrible places to store power, summon up Beric and store it on him and hope he doesn't get dealt with.

You are over emphasizing draw characters, if you build to use Hollow Hill you shouldn't need guys like Kyle Condon, Doubting Septa or even flea bottom scavenger. Also, The Blackfish is House Stark only. Finally, you really need to work on your gold curve for the deck and remember neither your neutral faction card nor hollow hill works for locations or attachments .

Look for some more cost efficient characters. Lost Spearman and Distinguished Boatswain are both amazing characters that should go in decks like this to help you power out cheap draw. Knight of Flowers has the potential to be game breaking, and at worst he's a 3 cost, 3 strength bicon with renown. Marya Seaworth deserves a chance as well. I'm currently experimenting with the Targaryen characters that discard guys from play with mixed results, I kind of like refugees handling Targaryen's spot.
Thanks a lot Shadowcat! Ill experiment, I saw this black fish and loomys mistake I did and I did the changes already. I'll correct this redundance on draw (I'm still quite a new player and I always had problem with my draw engine, when it is not too poor I overemphatize it :P)
Another question, wich is the best way to prevent Beric Dondarrion from being blanked?

There isn't a really good way. Having cancels for events, attachment destruction, dupes, location hate, and some luck is your best bet.

Alternatively: Rhaegar's Harp (BoRF) and Snakeskin Veil (CbtC) or Leyton Hightower (GotC) works as well.

Seach and Detain is always going to be a real problem for Beric

Seach and Detain is always going to be a real problem for Beric

Not in this deck. Attachments > Search and Detain.

theres only 6 attachments that would be put on Beric and if your opponent is running Search and Detain hes probably running some form of attachment control, i mean yea having attachments is a plus but including 6 in a deck doesnt exactly make Beric immune to that plot

If your opponent happens to draw attachment removal for every attachment you get, then yes, you're screwed. You're also screwed if you're playing any other deck type and your opponent draws perfectly. That's just gaming, there's nothing you can do about it.

"attachments > Search and Detain" was what i was responding to, which makes it seem like with 6 attachments in the deck that can go on Beric, Search and Detain is nothing to worry about, which is not true. the old well thats gaming argument seems a little thin in this example

The only decks that consistently run attachment hate are maesters and targ. Maesters, for obviously reasons, aren't running search and detain. Targ can be running S&D, and probably is. However, they are running, at most 3 cards that can discard attachments and maybe 5 cards that can recur that character. So they have, at most, 8 outs (of which they absolutely have to have 1 of 3 characters that can do it) to your 6 attachments to possibly bounce Beric. Yes, that's a pretty good draw and that's gaming, sometimes no matter how good your deck is, your opponent gets lucky. Of course, keep in mind, that's the world championship deck we're comparing this to as well.

Every deck can get countered. That's life. And every deck can loose to their opponent's god draw.
