Old Bear's Crow (TGM) is a key card in NW Decks. But I dot see anything to protect (Maester of Last Hearth (HtS), Retreat (Core)) or to grab it (A Time for Ravens (ACoS)).
First Ranger (TBC) is a new autoinclude I think.
And how do you want to pay The Feast of the Crows (AKitN)?
I build a neutral NW Deck (Winged Night´s Watch). It´s not up to date but maybe you find some inspiration there.
