Deck Name: | All Dogs Go to Heaven |
Deck Contents: | Total Cards (60) House (1) House Stark Agenda (0) Plot (7) Siege of Riverrun (KotS) x1 Outwit (TIoR) x1 Respect of the Old Gods (LoW) x1 Fear of Winter (BtW) x1 Valar Morghulis (Core) x1 Retaliation! (ASoSilence) x1 At the Gates (GotC) x1 Character (37) Guardian Wolf (TIoR) x1 Bolton Refugee (RoW) x3 Robb Stark (FF) x1 Direwolf Pup (Core) x3 Cat o' the Canals (RoW) x3 Rickon Stark (MotA) x3 Sansa Stark (TftRK) x1 Bran Stark (VD) x1 Ser Edmure Tully (TCP) x2 Maester Luwin (FtC) x1 Maester of Last Hearth (HtS) x1 Maester Vyman (TWoW) x1 Wolf Pack (LoW) x3 The Blackfish (LoW) x2 Damon Dance-For-Me (VD) x3 Feral Pack (SB) x3 Maege Mormont (AHM) x3 Brienne of Tarth (PotS) x2 Location (14) Bear Island (AE) x1 Harrenhal (ODG) x1 Great Keep (Core) x3 Northern Fiefdoms (Core) x3 Winterfell Kennels (Core) x1 Narrow Sea (Core) x3 Lord Eddard's Chambers (Core) x1 Godswood (Core) x1 Attachment (4) Grey Wind (LoW) x1 Shaggydog (LoW) x1 Needle (TCP) x2 Event (5) Winter is Coming (Core) x2 To Be a Wolf (SB) x3 Lots of toolbox combos + lots of kill potential. If you flop Rickon, you can get 2 Maesters out by leading with At the Gates, which also opens up Outwit. Use Luwin to search for To Be a Wolf and/or Winter is Coming events. Rickon's search kicker can work with To Be a Wolf, the Kennels, and Maege's ability for quick deployment of key cards (Bear Island + Harrenhal). Galbart Glover can also be added for extra search flexibility. Use Brienne and/or throw needle on Cat o the Canals to help push high claim challenges through. Use Edmure to recycle used events, dead characters to keep your search and draws going. The usual dire wolf synergies are here as well, including attachment Shaggy+Grey Wind. This deck could use more events, or really just one of each of Stark's good ones (No Quarter, Breaching the Wall, Die by the Sword, Nightmares, Price of War, etc), as To Be a Wolf lets you search for any one you need (or TWO if you have Rickon in play!) |

It seems like there are a lot of cards that could add to your synergy. For instance, Galbert Glover. If you use him with to be a wolf, they have to choose events or you get to play them back and forth from your discard and stand as much of your team as you want. Widow's watch would help you find your pieces (maege, rickon, edmure when needed, brienne when needed, arya when expecting a sweeper) as well as being toolboxable by maege and repeatable by rickon. Riders of the Red Fork seems like it would fit very well.
I guess what I'm saying is that you're pretty clearly strapped for space in the deck, making tough decisions on what synergy cards to leave out. Which makes me wonder why you use 7 cards (2 brienne, 3 arya, 2 needle), that also don't fit into your direwolf sub theme, to prevent effects during challenges. Is this a metagame call? What are you so worried about?
