Since Boltons are so cheap I think you're hurting yourself with the agenda. You can easily set up 4 or 5 cards, accelerating draw through the deck. I'd also put in some more characters (strength boost Robb works nicely, LoW Catelyn is nice for additional defense to protect your Boltons, and Blackfish is a solid card). I'd put it a third Frozen Solid for sure, as well as 3x To Be A Wolf, and get rid of some other attachments and events instead (Given the low cost of Boltons, Terror in the Dungeons is not that impressive, but I haven't actually used it yet -- maybe you have positive experiences with it?). I'd probably swap some locations out (especially if you're considering playing without the agenda). Also, Frozen Moat works nicely to blank your attacking Boltons, preventing control change.
If you do drop the agenda, Rains of Autumn is pointless, of course. I'd consider putting in a reset, either Valar or Wildfire, since you should be able to recover nicely with the cheap Boltons. Fear of Winter can be nice after a strong set-up or to maintain board position later in the game and works nicely against other KooTH agenda decks.
Old Nan (BoRF) is a character I'd definately be running when running 3x Abandoned Fort. Giving the attacking character the bolton trait and bouncing them back to their hand can be devistating.
haha, yes I love the Old Nan idea.

I'm really undecided on the agenda. I might have to give it a shot and see how it goes. I feel like the cards are cheap enough that a slow start is not a huge disadvantage, but having the extra initiative will prevent losing Host of the Bear, and will allow me to run some of the lower initative plots successfully.

Oh, I considered adding Fury of the Wolf as well to get some extra income and a really high initative.
There is a question...what will you do against some brutal stealth or deadly deck(like martell-sand snake)?Or against some control deck like Lannister with Kingdom of Shadow agenda???
Quick question, where does the influence come from to pay for Terror in the Dungeon's ability? I'm fairly new to the game and I just want to make sure I'm not missing something.

I currently am trying to build this deck how has it played out. For sure on the old nan. I run

Desperate Tactics (BoRF) in my deck bounce a Bolton army to my hand to put another Bolton army into play to draw a card.

Then you are screwed. I was thinking about making a new bolton deck that had a ton of boltons but also comboed with reinforcement cards since you will lose vs a stealth decks pretty hard. Then I have cards that field wipe and stuff like that so I can use narrow escape to bring all the boltons back to my side of the field.
