With the number of characters you have, how well does Gates of Winterfell work? Also what do you use Building season to get?

With the small amount of intrigue you have, Greatjon Umber (WLL) could be a good inclusion, because he can defend intrigue challenges when you don't need him for military challenges. Also as you run White Raven, I think you should consider Carrion Bird. I don't make it winter, but I run two for the fact they are 1 cost and the stealth helps push through military challenges.
I might remove "Gates of Winterfell" actually. At first, this deck at 32 char so after some modifications, I think it would be better to get rid of that card.

Building Season is there for a precise reason : Training Grounds. The idea is to rush to 15 power and in order to do so, making sure your army does not kneel on military challenge is the key. If you don't get the army that does not kneel in your starting hand or if you get "Northern Cavalry Flank" but the opponent does not play an agenda, you need that card. In most game, you will be fine without it but if you need it, you can get it easily.

I will consider your suggestion as this is one of the problem of the deck. If I have problem rushing to victory, eye challenges can be tricky to handle. I thought about Carrion Bird but was wondering if I should even bother to play winter since it is far from being mandatory in this deck. But of course, the stealth for the cost of 1 is great plus it can mess with deck using seasons.

I didn't think about getting Training Grounds, probably the best to get here. Making it winter is cool but I can't imagine the less gold helps rushing or paying for Harenhal or Storm Dancer. Maybe you could swap out A Time for Ravens for Respect of the Old Gods (LoW) or another two claim plot to speed up the game. Also to speed up the game, maybe using Winter is Coming (Core) on power challenges might work, I plan on using this x3 & Make and Example x3 next time I play seige.

Looking at your cards to see what sets you have, a few card's I'm using that might work in your deck are Ser Jorah Mormont (PotS) for the intrigue and stealth (I feel I can live with his downside) & The Hound (PotS) because he's cheap. Might be a stretch but I recently added Wyman Manderly (RotK) to see how it goes and If you have him, another card I like to use is Roose Bolton (DB) because he can work in two challenges & his war crest may also help with frozen outpost.
