This Stark Deck combines:
- Winter
- Shadows
- Kingsguard

Restricted card: Meera Reed (FAQ 4.2)

I´m not sure if the Agenda Fire and Ice fits best in the setting.

I think the Stark - Shadows is always Stark - Shadows - Winter because of the economy, which require Winter:
- Hidden Chambers
- Tower of the Hand

and key cards like Meera and Arya gain a big benefit.

The Agenda allows you to run Green Dream, which makes the Deck quite versatile. You can pull
- Arya
- Meera
- Catelyn Stark (I´m not sure about this card)
- Ranger of the Winter (fantastic tricon with stealth, who doesnt kneel to defend
- Robb Stark
- The Inn
- Hidden Chambers
- Tower of the Hand
- The Kingsroad
- Winter Reserves (very cheap and you often get one gold by the Tower)
- Green Dream

Following 4 plots are musts:
- A Time for Ravens
- Valar
- On my Oath
- City of Lies

I´m not sure which 3 plots are best to add:
a) City Plots: Spiders, Sins, Soldiers
B) Respect of the Old Goods, The Minstrel's Muse, Winds of Winter

Other cards to consider:
- War Horn
- The long Winter
- Maester Malleon's Tome
- Winterfell
- Kingdom of Shadows

How has this deck been going for you? I'm looking at making some Stark/Kingsguard shenanigans soon and can't decide if Winter is the best route to go down or not, I think it's something I'll definitely try
I have a deck almost identical to this with a few exceptions...the main thing is the power grab is slow...I'd included White Dromon for this, but still slow. One thing...winter...tower of the hand...and Ser Preston...money in the bank...bring on Meera.
What do you think about running Kings of Winter as the agenda instead, or maybe even going without one? I don't much like the idea of running Song of Ice
The only real reason I was running it was for Green Dreams...awesome card in this deck as it can get 90% of your needed cards. But after talking with a few friends, suggesting I go back to my successful Maege/Rickon deck, I'd consider taking out the Dreams for Maege and indeed going no agenda.
Cause one the negatives of the agenda isnt effecting my opponent as much as myself, especially once I can get the Jaime and other draw engines going. And Maege would actually get TotH and Hidden chambers earlier

If you don´t play with A Song of Ice you can have a huge problem if the other is using A Song of fire, because you won´t be enable to make it winter.

/sign ... even thoug it rarely happens in my meta.

The Deck is quite good but needs a lot of playing to get used to the whole shadow shenanigans. (For me it´s the most demanding deck I ever build.)
I lost most of my matches against control decks. I should add some control myself, but I´m not sure what to add/drop.

The Green Dream is very useful because you need some key cards to get the deck it rolling (Hidden Chambers, Tower of the Hand). I think, that Maege/Rickon is great (!) but its not that easy to grab the locations and it´s not that versatile. A good point is that the Agenda effect sometime hurts you very much. So thanks for your feedback!
I had a very hard time against a Bara KotHH Recursion deck with Westeros Bleeds (Core) (and Pyre of the False Gods (KotStorm)), because I couldn´t destroy the influence providing locations (fast enough). I just see The Hand's Judgement (TTotH) as a counter option. Any other idea besides Calm Before the Storm (LoW)?
