In general, it's better to pick a concept and run with it rather than building a deck that tries to do everything. For instance, you are running Bear Island with non-house Stark cards, which will disable its ability (this includes neutral cards). You should try running Bear Island with all House-Stark cards, or leave it out and run some non-House Stark cards like Street of Steel (LoW) and Street of Sisters (Core). It's probably best to pick one version of Robb Stark and build your deck around his strengths (lots of Stark armies for one, or lots of characters with the same trait for the other, especially if you can make it winter to get the +2 STR bonus).
Also, you can only have 7 plot cards (unless you are running one that specifically says otherwise, like Betrayal at the Wall (THTW)). The power of arms does let you run two copies, but you only get 7 cards total.
