I tried builiding a deck sort of similar to this, but yours looks a lot better. Brightwater Keep OOH to cover up your intrigue hole is a clever idea. But is Breaking and Entering worth it in this deck? It seems like you won't be attacking on intrigue all that often, so wouldn't Siege of Riverrun or Power of Arms (even with just one war crest) be a better two claim plot? Also, it looks like you only have one influence in the entire deck for Jojen.

And have you thought about swapping out Theon for his new prized version? With all the strength pumps you've got, the PotS version might still be better, but killing a character in Marshalling (and getting the draw off of Harrenhal) is pretty nice.
