You should run Northern Cavalry Flank x3. Absolutely no reason not to do so in a melee game, someone will have an agenda and this army will not kneel to attack, making it perfect for when you get multiple military challenges. Although I suspect you may have bought that chapter pack before it was reprinted with 3 copies of each card. In which case, I strongly encourage you to buy it again. You can never have too many NCFs.
Knight of Harrenhal can help you keep the cards you want if you are losing intrigue, otherwise, make good deals at the table. I'd consider including Damon Dance-for-me or Court Advisor to get more intrigue icons. I'd also pick one version of Catelyn and run multiple copies of her rather than have one of both versions.
This deck for melee. Almost nobody plays joust in my area.
And yes, I didn't get the 3 copies pack. I'll look into it. You can never have too many cards in general.
I just bought the pack with knight of Harrenhal after reading about it here. Can't wait to add him in. Actually now that I think about it, I'm not sure why I have two versions of Catelyn in here.
Again, thanks for your input.
