I don't play too much melee, so forgive me if I'm off the mark, but I have a couple of inquires/suggestions. I think Winterfell Castle may be a bit of overkill. The chances that you need those extra +1 when your goal is non kneeling Armies may not be worth 3 gold. I'd think if you do need the strength boost another Endless Endurance, or just the 1 you have should suffice. or for a 3 gold location slot, think about the comparison of Bear Island to WInterfell Castle I think it matches up poorly. I'd also consider finding a spot for Frozen Outpost. It can help you win those military challenges on the defense and claim that power.

I'd also drop at least 1 Eddard and up the Northern Cavalry Flank to 1. Again I think it's just a better value for the 4g slot.

Your gold curve seems extremely high here as well. I'd consider losing some of the armies in favor of cheaper lower cost characters.

Most importantly though I'd look to draw effects, or add some more search effects like Maester Luwin, a Rickon etc. I feel like as is you're going to find yourself exceedingly low on cards, especially after you get hit with some of those intrigue challenges you're lacking defenders for.
I knew I would be limited on gold producing locations which would be the problem with this deck. I thought I had switched out a Ned and one Robb for Army reducer Robb but it didn't save. Bear island would be a good addition, I just went with most of the cards I have played with, since I have the core, lord of winter exp and few chapter pack expansions. Basically, I thought I would have enough military strength out there to kill the opponents characters (claim value of 2) before I get hurt with Intrigue challenges. Ideally this deck would be great against a Baratheon deck since both lack alot of intrigue power.
No totally, has a lot of murder-y aspects. I have a NW deck that is similar in that it has I believe 6/7 plots all claim 2. Though this will likely only kill off the weenies on the other side of the board. You might only play 1-2 characters on a turn because your characters are quite expensive, though if you compare it to most other decks they'll be able to play 3-4 low cost characters to absorb that claim.

Also didn't know there was necessarily a limited card pool, if you list which card packs are available perhaps I could give more specific suggestions.

I would drop Depleted Host and King Robb's companions for more copies of Northern Cavalry Flank and Northern Infantry as 4 for 5 & deadly makes them better army cards in my opinion. Maybe running a few copies of Riverrun Messenger (LoW) & a Sansa Stark (Core) as claim soaks and intrigue defense would keep more cards in your hand.

I would also recommend maybe two copies of Frozen Outpost (LoW), of which running Knight of the Tumblestone (Core) works well with. It works really well for winning military challenges on defense. I would also recommend Frozen Solid (LoW), its a good card. I used to always overlook it but now I always include 1 copy.
