Get Theon out as early as possible, Kill off Stalwart Characters to fill his claim. Also use Arya with Icy catapult. Kill, Kill, Kill! make sure to Get a copy, Body Guard or attach a bannerman to give Stalwart to Theon. He quickly becomes a BIG target, especially if you can get him out during setup. Looking for any ideas to improve, Thinking of playing it this Sunday for our store championship. So far I have had good results.

I would:
Substitue Northen Fiefdoms for 2x Sea Road.

Cut down on attachments. Namely: Winter Cache, Poisoned Coin and reduce Unique attachments to only 1 copy. I would probably add another copy of Seal of the Crown if that's what you rely on for draw.

I don't know about your meta, but is Fury of the Wolf such a useful restricted card? Maybe look into Negotiations instead. Another route would be to add Narrow Escape, since you kill your opponent's characters all the time they'll be trying to reset your board(Valar, Westeroes Bleeds, Burn etc). With bad draw(and Stalwart chars clogging it) you could have a hard time setting up a new board.

How good setup do you have? You have very many copies of unique chars like Robb and Kyle. You're also very high on chars with only 1 Icon, I worry you would have problems to push through challenges. I'd look into staple Stark chars like Northern Cavalry Flank, Hungry Mob, Brienne, Osha, Damon Dance-For-Me, Ser Jorah Mormont, Yoren, Catelyn etc. I would recommend for most of your chars to be Bicon.

My 2 Cents :)

Yup, everything SundanCe just said. I would also recommend using Called To Court, maybe swapping out Manderly's Scheme. That way you can put a character into play and suck up Theon, and have a very high chance of going first and playing Theon again, making your opponent kill a character while you don't have to. It has good synergy with Icy Catapult as well, and it helps Theon dodge a Valar turn (since you will almost definitely be going first on a Valar turn). It also works well with the new Cat Stark, but maybe not so much in a deck full of Stalwart characters.

Kill For Your King is pretty cool, but It has a narrow window of play, you can't use it every turn, and it's a limited response, so it conflicts with your Icy Catapults. I'd recommend swapping it our for 2x Winter Is Coming to boost your claim. Or, you could swap them for 2x Nightmares to deal with those pesky "cannot be killed" types.

Fury of the Wolf would be a good idea if you put a few copies of To Be A Wolf in there; this would also help you get Theon earlier.
