To start off, I like the ambition of your army-packed deck. But, as Oscar Wilde said, "Ambition is the last refuge of the failure." Of your 23 army characters, only 3 have naval enhancements. This is a case where your sub-theme (Army-drop-Robb) is thwarting your agenda. If you are going to do Stark Black Sails, you must put in White Harbor Dromon (TGF).

You only have 9 naval enhanced cards to draw, & that's not going to be enough to trigger your Black Sails Agenda. What if half of those go into your hold? Three Dromons can boost your agenda drastically.

Nymeria (Core) makes the most sense, if you are wanting direwolf attachments for your main characters of Ned, Manderly, or Robb, but I don't think you need any other direwolf attachments with armies so high in STR. Battle for the Shield Islands (TGF) is a GREAT card. I would consider playing it x3.

Surprisingly Grey Wind attached to Robb Stark is amazingly useful but I can certainly see the benefit in White Harbor Dromon. I will have to put a few more in for sure!
having played against this deck i can vouch for it's effectiveness.
Found that white harbour seemed to slow down my board spam for some reason and was triggering it more defensively than to trigger my agenda. Most testing required
Just a quick update: Took out first place in the local league. Very small group very high meta. Deck tweaking during the week allowed for some interesting changes by other players. Saw the red wedding coming out to try and take on Robb and Jayne.
