Use Rickon for doubling the search potential in addition to searching plots and events. Lots of income to pull out as many characters as possible = strength in numbers. Old Bear Mormont to stop Valar if needed. Open to any suggestions.... |

Just some suggestions, as it sounds like you are going for a defensive build, but that puts you at 62 cards. Also, I'd ditch the Building Season & Summoning Season plots (if you dupe them with Rickon, your opponent also gets to choose again!). Replace them with a good defensive plot like Loyalty Money Can Buy (QoD) & a good claim two plot like Respect of the Old Gods (LoW). Also, I'm not sure why you are running A Time For Ravens with no ravens in your deck!
Not sure what cards you have, but I've always liked HoD + Harrenhal (ODG) + Karhold Rookery (CbtC) x3 for a Tully deck. It has great synergy with the many "search the top x of your deck" effects which you can exploit with Rickon Stark (MotA), and acts as it's own sort of faux draw engine. It also lets you be more aggressive rather than playing defense all the time.
I wasn't aware that Building / Summoning season also copy my opponents search, so I will have to consider removing those from my plot deck. I could always just not use Rickon for those plots and if I have the Weasel's Way in hand, I can just remove their searched card. I would really like to get Rickon out early, and if I can intentionally pull Widow's Watch, I'm set for dupes for the match! It's a trade-off for sure.
I would really like to keep "Trait" Rob strong in the deck, purely because of the +1 / +2 when I'm strong in House Tully in play cards. Also, why would I remove (1) Wolf Herald and (2) Bran the Builder's if they're strong search engines? Coupled with Rickon they are hugely helpful!
I might consider trading out a Bringer for Hodor, since he can't be stealthed. But the fact that Bringer's stands with each challenge, in addition to an Intrigue Icon, it is very tempting to keep them strong as well.
Also, Rickon isn't useable on a "search top x of your deck" effects, only when it's search the whole deck (according to what I read on the message boards). I put the Raven's plot in because I can cheat and pull my Riders of the Red Fork (two with Rickon), tricky tricky.
I knew there were a ton of cards in this deck, but when I considered all the searching options in addition to Rickon I thought it could be more predictable.
Fantastic job with this one! I would agree that some tweaking needs to be done. *** This is my $0.02 *** But 60 cards is in, even if you have the "search engine" you truly do not want to have the game last 7 rounds. As Omek suggested, definitely throw in Loyalty Money Can Buy. This will buy you some time ( if needed) as it reduces the claim value by 1. Not everyone plays high claim valued plots and it's a nice 4 gold in your pocket! Respect of the Old Gods is a must, truly you are getting 4 Gold in this instance and a claim value of 2. Tully & Stark, a plot card must.
I would kick
Summoning Season (Core)
I don't agree with providing my opponent the opportunity with searching their deck for a character. I feel it does more bad than good as it definitely can be a turning point in the game. I would also kick
At the Gates (GotC)
, again I understand Riders of the Red Fork, beautiful card. But I think the above two plot cards *might* be better for you.
Also consider Wildfire Assault (Core) instead of
Valar Morghulis (Core) I think you will be okay with this exchange.
