So let me start out by saying I created this deck (last minute) for the soul purpose of trying something new and fun. You will see a lot of Ok cards in this deck and you will see some rather unconventional ways to use the cards in this deck sometimes inefficient and maybe down right crazy but there is no doubt in my mind that this is a fun well rounded deck...or at least a rough draft of one.

In the creation of this deck you see some rather low character cost. The economy is simple low cost cards with pound for pound value not to mention that we are running shadows so we can't afford to spend too much on non-shadows cards. Thus the eight gold producing locations not to mention the great effect of the kingsroads.

Let's talk the strategy; you see Meera as my restricted card. She is fantastic obviously and she is even crazier when it is winter. Now what I did is added some great winter cards like the ranger of winter, Arya, and....uhh that's it (unless you count the Tome..which is not great)? Yes that's it. I didn't want to be dependent on winter at all but if the opportunity presented itself then heck yeah I want to make it winter but the rule of thumb is If you have to fight to make it winter then don't bother.
Next you will see the septons because hey not kneeling to defend is nice. And the septa because I'm gonna have cards in shadows all the time.
Finally the blanking effect of Meera and nightmares is great for not only blanking your opponents cards but maybe you need to keep your opponent from taking the bastards elite or you need your tully septon to attack or keep them from using Reek against you. Not the most efficient thing but you never know!

verything else is pretty self explanatory 1 copy of lethal counter attack to keep them on their toes. Call of the three eyed crow as a nice Save and freezing rain to muck up their plans and 6 limited locations to make sure I see my income. Versatility is the key here and what better way than the kingsguard and meera getting work done?

Okay now on to cards that just missed the cut and could be in there:
Northern cavalry flank (duh) but at what cost!?! 4? oh yeah...
Any other Robb
Riders of the red fork because they are the best card in the game
another white raven
paper shield
direct assault
hungry mob
at the gates (to get the Riders homie!)
Kyle Condon
Summoned by the conclave
carrion birds
greywind

Thats really all I can say about it. I thought I'd write an explanation because I'm sure a lot of people while reading this list are like, is this dude crazy?. Perhaps I am.

So after playing this a little what do you feel like you need to tweak?
I have been contemplating a build like this for awhile now. Not sure I would put quite as much KG in there, overall how have they performed as a whole for you? With Old Nan and all the KG you have in the deck would it be worth a copy or two of KG squire?
