The deck is packed full or tricks which make it a blast to play. The main engine is getting a Venomous Manticore into play, and turn it into an attachment. You can then keep on moving it between strength 1 characters to draw cards with Maegi Crone, and gain power using Brazen Beasts. As long as you have enough influence you can move it around each phase and rack up the power. When it comes time to win, transfer your Manticores to Viserys. Griff keeps the engine running - if your Manticores get discarded he can pick them back up again. The best thing with Griff is playing Flame-Kissed, killing something, then immediately picking it back up. It means you can machine gun your opponents characters, as long as you have enough influence. Pyrophobia is a pretty epic card, which opens up a tonne of combos. One I like is picking Belwas back up, or in combo with Flamed Kissed or Harried By Dragons. Pentos is a money card too. You can use your Manticores and Harried to surprise save your own characters. |
