You have no influence, which means you cannot ambush your dragons or use hatchling's feasts. Eastern fiefdoms should help with that, as well as the red keep and summer seas.
Shadow prophets are good for nothing. Shadow seers are a must in any targ/shadow deck, though.
You have little to no chances of playing Balerion. If you want to play him, use ambush from the plains.
1 ben plumm is enough. Refugees are better.
And you are running very few shadows. Include the red keep. 3x warlocks of qarth are nice.
