For a burn deck, it doesn't feel very burn based. It seems like your trying to do plot deck flipping with just a bit of burn added in. Your also at 64 cards. As a general rule, i like my decks to be 62 cards and below. Generally speaking, when you build a burn deck in Targ, you use Knights of The Hollow Hill. It basically gives us 2 types of income. I'd also go up to about 26 characters. I feel like there is to many attachments in the deck as well. Your going to have major income problems with that many attachments.
