First I think you are neglecting too much the intrigue challenges, thinks like Shadows and Spiders (LotR) could be devasting for you, adding Qarth (QoD) could be enough but I recommend at least a couple of intrigue characters.
Viserys and Brown Ben Plum are good cards, but you don't need 3 of each, 1 should be fine, Maester Aemon (Core) is an excelent claim soak, Qartheen Fanatic (Core) with dragons involved is a nice character to have, Illyrio's Man (Core) a nice cost reductor and set up friendly.
Eastern Fiefdoms (Core) and Myrish Villa (QoD) are nice additions to reduce the cost of any Targaryen card,
Be careful about dropping Daenerys Targaryen (QoD) is a huge target, even more if Rhaegal (QoD) is there, maybe a The Power of Blood (Core) could be used to save her from a Valar Morghulis (Core) or the amount of Military Claim that your plots are causing.
This plot The Songs of Bael the Bard (AKitN) should be a good way to add an extra Dragon to your challenges.
